JOSLIN OFFERS FREE INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER > $300 USD €300 EUR 300 GBP
- JOSLIN's orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
- All international full price orders are shipped with DHL Express. International shipping costs are charged at a flat rate per country (calculated at checkout) for all orders under the free shipping threshold.
- Shipping timeframes with DHL EXPRESS is 4 - 12 business days from dispatch for Metro Locations/Major Cities.
- Please allow an additional 10 business days for Rural Addresses.
- Please also note that New Zealand is also included under our International Shipping Policy.

- In the case where an order is needed urgently, please contact customer care
- Australian full price orders and sale orders are charged at a flat rate of $10 AUD for all orders under the free shipping threshold.
- Shipping timeframes with AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS are 1-2 business days from dispatch for Metro, with an additional 1-4 business days for Rural Addresses.
- Shipping timeframes with SENDLE are up 2 - 5 business days from dispatch for Metro, with an additional 2- 5 business days for Rural Addresses.
Orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Full Price Orders are generally shipped on the next business day.
For Sale Items and/or Sale Events, please allow an additional 7 -14 business days + for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
JOSLIN will not be held responsible if your item does not arrive in your preferred time frame but arrives in time abided by our Shipping Policy.

For sale items and discounted items purchased during a sale event, please allow an additional 7 - 14 + business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Please note that items purchased in our Warehouse Sale will be shipped via Standard Shipping. Please allow an additional 7 - 14 business days to receive your order.
JOSLIN cannot take responsibility for any parcels that have been delayed, gone missing, stolen, or have been delivered incorrectly.
Unfortunately, once the parcel has left our business' warehouse, it is the responsibility of SENDLE, AUSTRALIA POST and/or DHL EXPRESS. Any further disputes must be settled with SENDLE, AUSTRALIA POST and/or DHL EXPRESS.
We will endeavour to assist by contacting the Shipping Provider on your behalf to lodge an investigation.
However, as the Shipping Provider stipulates the outcome and not JOSLIN, we cannot be held liable for the result of the investigation and the delayed or missing parcel.

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Thus, our shipping dates are affected by both Australian National Public Holidays and Victorian (State) Public Holidays.
Orders placed on a date listed below, will be shipped the following business day:
- 1st January | New Year's Day
- 27th January |reserved for Australia Day
- 9th March |Labour Day
- 10th April |Good Friday
- 13th April | Easter Monday
- 12th June | King's Birthday
- 23rd September | Friday before the AFL Grand Final
- 3rd November | Melbourne Cup
- 25th December | Christmas Day
- 28th December | reserved for Boxing Day
Pre-Orders allow customers to order products before they are released or restocked.
When you place an order under 'Pre-Order', for shipment pending at a later date, your item has been booked and held accordingly for when our shipment/restock shipment arrives.
Thus, once you have placed your pre-order we cannot cancel or refund for 'change of mind' or 'wrong decision' as your garment is now booked and held.
Once you have received your order, your order falls in line with our general returns policy for full-priced items.
Whilst Joslin will endeavour to have your pre-order to you as quickly as possible, manufacturing extensions and freight/shipment issues can occur from time to time and dispatch dates may change.
Pre-orders are handled as top-priority once they reach our online warehouse for dispatch, and our lovely customer care team is always here to help you with your order.
