RETURNS

If you want a refund, you must apply for a return within 7 days of delivery to your shipping address. 

If it is past 7 days, you will only be eligible for a Store Credit or Exchange.

Refunds are eligible on Full-Priced items only.

JOSLIN does not accept returns after 30 days or for Sale Items (Sale Items, Discounted Items & Final Sale Items).

Pre-Order Items are not eligible for a refund, as they are Made-To-Order. However, JOSLIN will supply an Exchange or Credit Note. 

Orders placed using Afterpay or ZipPay are NOT eligible for a Refund. However, they are eligible for an Exchange or Credit Note.

We ensure every order is carefully checked and wrapped, but sometimes faults are missed! 

Please email our Customer Care Team with your name, order number and fault images. Once analysed, we will organise a replacement or refund if deemed a manufacturing fault.

Please email our Customer Care Team with your name, order number and the wrong/missing item. We will ensure you receive the correct item.

Our 7-day refund policy and 30-day exchange policy apply to in-store returns and online orders brought into the Boutique. 

Exchanges are dependent on product availability in-store.

Please note, Credit Notes can not be created in our Boutique.

SHIPPING

After receiving your order confirmation, please allow 1 - 2 business days from dispatch for Metro Locations to receive your order. 

For Rural Addresses, please allow an additional 1 - 4 days from dispatch. 

During busy periods, promotional events and sales, there may be delays in the dispatch of your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery. 

Orders placed before 10 am AEST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day and delivered using Express Shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes, Parcel Lockers or hotels. 

Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellation or contacted for a different address.

Click and Collect is available through our Boutique.

Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offer and can only be used on Full Priced items.

If full-priced orders are placed before 10 am Monday - Friday, they are processed the same day. Most of these orders are shipped the same day or the following business day. 

Please let our Customer Care Team know if you have requested changes ASAP. 

There is no guarantee that these changes can be made before your order is shipped. Once your order is on its way, we cannot change details.

For all Australian orders, AfterPay, ZipPay, Klarna and LayBuy are available. 

However, please note that orders purchased using these methods are not eligible for a refund.

When you are ready to purchase and reach checkout, enter your valid code in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' section and apply. 

Please note Discount Codes can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.

All JOSLIN gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. 

Gift cards purchased in our Boutique will have a code provided, with a digital copy emailed to you.

Please contact JOSLIN Customer Care if you wish to extend your Credit Note's duration. This will depend on multiple factors, including when the Credit Note was created.

We can! If the product you want is sold out, select the colour and size you would like and enter your details into the provided area. If this product is available, you will be notified.
